Rabjohns Sponsors Schools event
Rabjohns and Morgan Motor Company Ltd team up to give school students a chance to learn something about an iconic local business and how it works.
On Monday October 19th more than 100 students from schools across Herefordshire and Worcestershire convened on Morgan Motor Company Ltd, Malvern, to compete in the Morgan Motors Enterprise Challenge. The event was hosted by Morgan Motor Company Ltd, as one of the many activities to mark the company's centenary year.
Teams of six students represented each school to compete for the first prize. Activities during the day were organised by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce in association with Young Enterprise.
The afternoon consisted of a welcome to the company and a site tour followed by lunch, which was generously sponsored by Rabjohns.
The event allowed the students and school staff to benefit from a site tour that provided all involved with an insight to an iconic business in action and also provided students with the opportunity to interact with professionals from the local business community, develop their enterprise skills and of course, have fun!
We would like to wish a big thank you to all involved and the business volunteers who donated their time to broaden and enhance students' learning.
