Rabjohns Chairman launches his Coast to Coast for Ataxia adventure
Ian Smith, the Chairman of Rabjohns, has announced the dates of the third, and most gruelling, of his long range charity walks.
Ian will be taking on Wainwright's famous Coast to Coast Walk in September 2010. The walk crosses England from St. Bees in the West to Robin Hood's Bay in the East, crossing three national parks and some of England's most stunning scenery on the way. Details of the walk, the very personal reasons why Ian is doing it, and how to sponsor him can be found on www.iansmith.com.
Ian will be raising funds on his walk for Ataxia UK, which has also been adopted as the Rabjohns charity for 2010. Ataxia UK supports people who suffer from a range of rare progressive neurological disorders which primarily affect their balance, co-ordination, speech and ultimately, their life expectancy. More details about the diseases and the charity can be found on http://www.ataxia.org.uk/ .
