Manufacturing is all about process, quality, technology, innovation and adding value. We have enormous pride in our clients' successes and products: whether it is for example, the manufacture, fermentation and freeze-drying of micro-organisms (which amongst other things can give gut flora to new-born chicks or the combination of grace and power that is the Morgan Aero 8 made in Malvern.
One of our key attributes in advising our manufacturing clients is that we listen and encourage them to tell us about their businesses and how the process happens. If you don't understand a business, financial and strategic advice is not possible.
Our clients build production lines; design and install sprinkler systems; make clever sensors and gauges for the can-making industry. They ferment gut flora for the poultry sector; others make and supply envelopes to the financial sector; one makes plastic film and recycled packaging for a variety of applications and industries. Another client makes large, heavy steel joists - and even uses a specially designed production line to do it.
